CAMPAIGN PLATFORM

"I prioritize developing and sustaining healthy undergraduate sorors and chapters. As an undergraduate chapter advisor, alumnae chapter Basileus, Undergraduate Committee Co-Chair and the current Undergraduate Chapter Coordinator, I recognize the need to implement a long-range strategic plan that supports and elevates our undergraduate sorors. The Exemplifying Notable Platform is a four-tiered plan that outlines my priorities and initiatives that would be at the forefront of my administration, if re-elected UCC. EXEMPLIFYING NOTABLE  PLATFORM  TIERS
Recruitment/Retention

R1: Develop and facilitate educational workshops for advisors and undergraduates to support creation of chapter-specific recruitment strategic plans.

R2: Provide data-driven support for advisors and undergraduate Basilei in interpreting institutional data trends and how to align recruitment strategies with those trends.

R3: Increase chapter charters and reactivations through maintaining strong relationships with alumnae chapters and campus partners.

Engagement

E1: Host monthly meetings and trainings for advisors and undergraduates, to be conducted by UCC, Undergraduate Committee members, advisors, and undergraduates.

E2: Maintain open lines of communication with sorors across the region utilizing multiple platforms, to include an updated email database, Workplace, Groupme, Instagram, and Facebook.

E3: Develop opportunities and platforms for advisors and undergraduates to engage and share best practices on community/campus engagement with other advisors and undergraduates.

Chapter Health

C1: Host quarterly check-ins with advisors and undergraduate chapter Basilei to ensure healthy operation of chapters.

C2: Provide support in conducting SWOT analyses and debrief evaluations for undergraduate programming and operation.

C3: Be readily available to provide mediations, when needed to ensure appropriate functionality between chapter members, chapters and advisors, and undergraduates and alumnae chapters.

Transfer to Alumnae

T1: Host an Undergraduate to Alumnae Signing Day

T2: Streamline communications between undergraduates, advisors, and alumnae chapters of transfer to improve the transfer process.

T3: Hold special recognition for undergraduate chapters that have increased transfer to alumnae rates.

Support/Sustainability

S1: Share best practices with advisors and undergraduates annually, based on data from the Undergraduate Audit for Excellence

S2: Work diligently with advisors and campus partners to best understand the respective campus culture and create long range strategic planning for sustainability.

S3: Develop and distribute an updated advising manual to support the work of advisors.

Academic Excellence

A1: Develop and implement an academic monitoring system to support undergraduates throughout each semester.

A2: Create a regional database of sorors willing to provide tutoring support for undergraduate sorors.

A3: Encourage membership in Order of Omega Greek Honor Society for undergraduates on their respective campuses and honorary membership for advisors.
